Regional Operations Coordinator – FTC
Greenhouse Software
• Manage the weekly and monthly meeting operating rhythm for regional leadership, including facilitating agendas and ensuring follow-through on shared goals • Own the end-to-end execution of the monthly All Hands event, managing themes, prep, dry runs, and scheduling to accommodate APAC time zones • Lead the planning and logistics for all regional culture and social events, including the EMEA Summer BBQ, Christmas Party, and Open Event in London • Manage high-volume scheduling and coordination of international events across global time zones, optimizing for executive time and focus • Create and manage the International Culture and communications plan to ensure consistent engagement across the region • Partner with Marketing and People Experience teams to plan and execute logistics for customer dinners, executive offsites, and board-level meetings • Manage expense reporting and administrative budgets with high accuracy and attention to detail • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple international time zones
- Proven track record of executing large-scale events from concept to completion, including venue sourcing, programming, and communications
- Strong proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and Zoom, with an ability to learn new project management tools quickly
- Experience supporting senior leadership and managing sensitive meeting agendas with discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks under tight deadlines
- Experience with budget tracking and expense management, a plus

Job Title: Coordinator, SteadyMD Program Operations Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Hourly pay rate: $19-$20/hour Position Overview: - Full-time position, 40 hours per week - Schedule: We operate 7 days per week, 24 hours a day and you should be prepared to work any of the various shifts supported by our team. - This position will, for the most part, be dedicated to a schedule of Thursday-Sunday (post-training) - Reports to: Sr. Manager, Program Operations - Remote: This is a fully remote position - Flexibility: Schedules vary based on business needs, and the candidate must be able to work any shifts that fall within the advertised hours of 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM CST, regardless of their location or time zone - Location: Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens. Due to contractual obligations with our partners, work cannot be performed outside of U.S. territory. - Technology: SteadyMD will provide equipment such as an external monitor and laptop.
