• Own Workday & HR Technology Operations: Serve as the product owner for Workday (HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation) and supporting systems, driving system optimization, enhancements, and day-to-day operations. • Lead HRIS Team & Service Delivery: Manage and develop the HRIS team and People support function, ensuring high-quality, timely resolution of system and employee inquiries through a centralized service model. • System Configuration & Optimization: Oversee system configuration, business process design, and enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational needs, compliance requirements, and best practices. • Integration & Technical Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other platforms, partnering closely with IT to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of People data through audits, controls, and governance frameworks; partner cross-functionally to maintain compliant and reliable data practices. • End-User Support & Training: Provide advanced technical support to People teams and business leaders, while developing training materials, documentation, and self-service resources to enhance system adoption. • System Upgrades & Continuous Improvement: Manage system releases, updates, and enhancements in partnership with vendors, ensuring minimal disruption and continuous improvement of capabilities. • Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: Collaborate with People, Finance, IT, and Operations leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and communicate system updates and impacts. • Team Leadership & Development: Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports, fostering a high-performing, solutions-oriented team.

• Manage the end-to-end medical licensing process • Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians • Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nurses • Maintain compliance with state and federal licensing regulations • Act as the primary liaison with medical boards and regulatory agencies • Update internal teams on changes in licensing laws and requirements

• Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval • Build and maintain provider profiles in Modio • Track credentialing workflows and progress in JIRA • Perform primary source verification, including licenses, education, board certifications, DEA, and other required credentials • Conduct sanction screenings (OIG, SAM, NPDB) and complete compliance reviews • Partner cross-functionally to move providers from Credentialing Approved to Clear to Practice (CTP) • Communicate with providers to ensure timely completion of credentialing applications and required documentation • Maintain accurate credentialing records and support compliance requirements

• Monitor patients' health data: regularly review incoming health data (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation) through remote monitoring platforms • Identify and escalate abnormal readings: recognize trends and variations from normal ranges, flagging abnormal and critical alerts and escalating concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider for intervention • Educate patients and caregivers: provide guidance on the proper use of remote monitoring devices, explain the significance of their readings, and encourage adherence • Manage noncompliance and patient engagement: monitor patient adherence to remote monitoring program, determine reasons for noncompliance, and provide guidance and support to encourage participation; follow up with patients who are not regularly transmitting data • Document and report: maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, abnormal readings, and escalations; ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations, including HIPAA • Coordinate with healthcare teams: communicate findings, abnormal trends, and patient concerns to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to facilitate timely medical interventions • Troubleshoot technical issues: assist patients in resolving connectivity or device-related issues, ensuring accurate data transmission and functionality; coordinate with technical support teams if necessary • Participate in continuous training and improvement: stay up to date with advancements in remote monitoring technology and modalities • Remote monitoring expertise; be a resource for compliance of remote device management for the practice physicians and clinical staff • Resolve other issues appropriate to position

• Lead workforce strategy, including long-term capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models across clinical teams • Develop and refine forecasting methodologies using historical data, business trends, and predictive analytics • Design and optimize scheduling frameworks to ensure appropriate coverage, access, and utilization • Partner with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with company growth, product expansion, and client needs • Define, track, and improve key KPIs such as utilization, productivity, and cost efficiency • Drive adoption of modern workforce optimization tooling and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and planning accuracy • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Licensing & Credentialing, Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Product/Technology teams • Support hiring and onboarding strategies by aligning workforce plans with recruiting pipelines and ramp timelines • Build and mentor a high-performing workforce optimization team, establishing best practices and operational rigor • Lead strategic initiatives and special projects to support business growth and operational excellence

• Provide direct leadership for a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff members (20-25) • Provide daily oversight and mentorship of PCS/CIED Team Coordinator • Ensure allocation/scheduling of staff to provide adequate coverage for each clinic • Participate in management huddles, quality improvement meetings, and cross-functional initiatives • Review and approve timecards and time off for each team member • Ensure quality audit feedback is provided to each team member • Lead end-to-end incident review processes • Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, workflow, problems, concerns, and updates • Establish a cadence of individual interactions and team-building activities • Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for team members • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity benchmarks

• Partners with Operations to resolve issues surrounding unbilled claims, authorizations, Physician Certification Statements (PCSs), Patient Care Reports (PCRs), and insurance, and demographic capture issues • Responsible for escalating concerns regarding questionable paperwork to appropriate management • Ability to analyze, identify and resolve issues which may cause payer payment delays • Identify and resolve claim edits through understanding of billing guidelines and payer requirements • Reconcile commercial and government accounts, ensuring CPT and diagnostic codes are accurate • Reconcile account balances, and verify payments are applied correctly • Maintain well aged accounts, promptly resolve, and resubmit denied unpaid claims in a timely and efficient manner • Review and correct billing errors, which require a strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding • Review and audit customer service account inquiries • Provide excellent customer service to all patients, Insurances & Facilities • Perform all other related duties as assigned

• Reviews remote monitoring software daily for transmission data and alerts • Identifies ALERTS that require immediate attention and notifies clinical staff • Performs remote device interrogation and/or follow up • Documents appropriately in database regarding patient remotes • Enters findings and appropriate communication contact per Clinic Management protocol • Coordinates all device monitoring programs such as Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik and Latitude • Uploads and reviews daily CIED reports per protocols • Maintain knowledge of new developments in device technology • Be a resource for remote device management for the practice physicians and clinical staff • Responsible for contributing to company oversight and information security functions as outlined in the employee handbook under ‘Remote Employee HIPAA Guidelines • Resolves issues appropriate to position.

Role Description - Slack Channel & Communication Management - Monitor and review key Slack channels to track clinicians marked as cleared to practice (CTP) and follow required workflows. - Identify clinicians who have completed training. - Respond to clinician inquiries in real time. - Regularly check email for pending questions, requests, and operational updates. - Proactively reach out to clinicians who have not completed required training via Slack, text, email, and phone outreach. - Update the New Clinicians Google Sheet with comments and progress notes. - Document and escalate operational feedback, clinician feedback, and activation milestones (e.g., first consult, added to program training, go-live status). - Clinician Onboarding & Documentation (DocGo) - Manage and maintain the DocGo Clinician Onboarding to SteadyMD. - Support onboarding processes for clinicians with partial system access. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Department, Operations, and Leadership) to streamline onboarding workflows. - Coordinate with stakeholders to track and validate clinician training certifications. - Provide updated onboarding data and reporting as needed. - Platform & Partner Coordination - Follow current guidelines regarding clinician eligibility and scheduling permissions. - Assign platform training (e.g., Wisp, Amazon, DoseSpot) once training updates are finalized. - Support weekly onboarding workflows and coordinate reporting and data sharing. - Ensure clinician onboarding reports are delivered. - Collaborate with external partners to ensure clinicians are ready to begin patient care.
