Your Mission: Project Coordination & Administration - Assist with planning and coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing invitations, and capturing meeting minutes and action items - Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and artifacts in accordance with PMO standards - Support day-to-day administrative activities for assigned IT projects Project Tracking & Reporting - Assist in maintaining project schedules, timelines, and deliverables under the direction of the Project Manager - Track project performance metrics, milestones, and progress indicators - Compile project data and help prepare status updates, dashboards, and progress reports Communication & Stakeholder Support - Serve as a point of contact for routine project communications between internal teams and external resources (e.g., vendors), as directed by the Project Manager - Communicate project plans, actions, risks, and issues to team members in accordance with PMO guidance - Assist in escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to the Project Manager in line with the project work plan Resource & Team Support - Support the Project Manager in monitoring task assignments and resource utilization - Help ensure project team members are aware of timelines, expectations, and deliverables - Assist in managing coordination between multiple teams working on the same project Continuous Improvement & Learning - Identify and flag coordination challenges or process gaps and suggest improvements - Gain experience with PMO tools, templates, and governance processes Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions as appropriate What You Bring to the Table: Education: - Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently while following defined processes and guidance - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. As a Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of all project tasks, managing deliverables, reporting, staff coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure the program meets its performance objectives on schedule and within budget.
