This role leads the long-term go-to-market strategy for our programmatic supply and inventory portfolio at Pinterest. As a senior individual contributor, you will operate independently, make strategic decisions, and guide cross-functional teams across product, revenue, partnerships, and operations. You will shape portfolio positioning, influence roadmap direction, and drive company-wide impact. What you’ll do: - Own the portfolio-level GTM strategy for supply and inventory across formats and deal types. - Define durable positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks aligned to company objectives. - Independently lead complex, multi-quarter GTM initiatives from strategy through execution. - Influence product roadmap, packaging, and investment decisions through market and customer insights. - Develop commercial strategy, sales motions, and best-in-class enablement. - Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product, Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing. - Mentor and elevate other PMMs through strategic guidance (without formal management). - Ensure GTM plans align with operational realities, inventory quality, and compliance requirements. - Represent the company externally through customers, industry events, and thought leadership. - Apply an AI-first approach to problem-solving, research, and analysis, leveraging internal AI and agentic tooling as a default step.
