Why This Role Matters Every role at Kinective exists to move the needle for our clients, partners, and the financial institutions we serve. As the Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for fueling our growth by landing net-new logos - selling Kinective’s technology solutions to banks and credit unions. You’ll engage C-suite executives, understand their business objectives, and serve as a trusted guide in aligning our solutions to real operational and strategic needs. What you’ll own Strategic Sales - Own net-new customer acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic selling to banks and credit unions - Identify and engage key decision-makers, tailoring messaging to relevant personas and business priorities - Lead discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close—driving deals to completion with strong pipeline discipline Partnership Development - Collaborate with the partnerships team to leverage strategic partners and inbound referral leads to generate new opportunities and close business - Expand the client base by maximizing partner referrals and building new partner-driven entry points within the industry Prospecting & Lead Generation - Execute consistent prospecting via research-driven outreach (calls, emails, and targeted messaging) to build qualified pipeline - Represent Kinective at conferences and industry events to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and increase market awareness - Track prospecting effectiveness and continuously refine approach to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality Marketing Collaboration - Partner with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities - Contribute to market-facing efforts that increase visibility and accelerate growth while building your own direct path to success How We’ll Measure Success - Consistent pipeline creation through outbound prospecting and partner-sourced opportunities - Net-new logo acquisition and strong conversion from discovery ? proposal ? close - Effective C-suite engagement that builds trust and positions Kinective as a strategic partner - Strong collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing to scale reach and drive sustained growth Success here isn’t about checking boxes – it’s about propelling Kinective’s mission to lead the way to intelligent banking. Requirements Necessary Qualifications & Competencies - 3+ years experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role - 2+ years experience selling software or technology solutions - Banking industry sales experience - selling to bank and credit union executives (preferred) - Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and consistently meet/exceed goals - Strong executive presence: comfortable learning complex products quickly and communicating with true C-suite stakeholders - Clear record of success and ability to articulate wins with credibility and specifics Pay, Benefits & Total Rewards $75,000 base salary + uncapped commissions & accelerators (Expected year 1 OTE: ~$130K) The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum for this role. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, job-related skills, location, and internal equity, and most offers are not made at the top of the range. Base pay is one part of Kinective’s Total Rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
