• Partner closely with enterprise sales team to support deals across health systems, provider organizations, and health plans. • Lead development and execution of ROI models by gathering customer-specific inputs and translating them into clear, data-driven insights. • Present ROI findings and value narratives to prospective customers in partnership with sales. • Develop compelling, tailored presentations that clearly communicate Bamboo's impact, value, and differentiation, leveraging AI tools to enhance storytelling and efficiency. • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales conversations, including ROI modeling, care navigation workflows, and operational considerations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (analytics, product, operations, implementation), to support deal-specific needs, including custom analyses and workflow design. • Support development of joint execution plans with customers to ensure alignment on expected outcomes and value realization. • Apply expertise in value-based care and healthcare economics to strengthen customer conversations and positioning. • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing). • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions. • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance work within your function.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in value-based care, healthcare consulting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics and value drivers (e.g., hospital throughput, length of stay, capacity management, readmissions, ED/IP utilization, and service line growth).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build models and translate insights into executive-ready materials that tell a compelling story.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in customer-facing roles and a desire to partner closely with sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment, creativity, and ownership in designing solutions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.

The ideal candidate possesses over 10+ years of Industrial Process design related experience. The ideal candidate would have extensive industrial experience in chemical, bio-chemical, pharma, or process design engineering. This role will be responsible for leading process engineering assignments in a multi-disciplinary environment across a wide range of process industry projects. The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development. This position could be located anywhere in the continental United States. All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates for remote roles should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biochemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
