Como practicante de procesos vas a apoyar en la gestión y optimización de los procesos, contribuyendo a la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, la implementación de soluciones y asegurar la correcta ejecución de actividades y procesos mediante el monitoreo continuo. Participar en proyectos o iniciativas de mejora continua, incluyendo la implementación de metodologías de gestión de procesos, automatización de tareas y optimización de flujos de trabajo. Además, realizar el monitoreo de actividades clave para garantizar el desempeño eficiente de los procesos. Algunas de tus funciones principales seran: - Monitorear el tablero de Solicitudes ABC y Administrativas en Monday: Supervisar diariamente las solicitudes registradas en el tablero, asegurando que las automatizaciones funcionen correctamente y que los registros sean precisos y completos. Identificar posibles fallos o áreas de mejora en el flujo de trabajo dentro de la plataforma. - Asignar y verificar identificadores clave de clientes: En colaboración con el Analista de Procesos, registrar y validar los ID_BG y nombres de clientes en el tablero de Monday y otros sistemas relacionados, asegurando la consistencia y exactitud de los datos en todas las plataformas operativas. Identificar errores o inconsistencias en los registros, reportarlos oportunamente y trabajar con las áreas correspondientes para implementar las correcciones necesarias. - Revisar y validar fechas de inicio de operación: En conjunto con el Analista de Procesos, asegurar que las fechas de inicio de operación de los clientes estén correctamente registradas en los sistemas operativos. Validar esta información con los Ejecutivos de Cuenta Comercial y reportar cualquier inconsistencia para su corrección oportuna. - Documentación de procesos: Asistir en la identificación, análisis y documentación de procesos, generando como resultado diagramas de flujo y procedimientos que representen los procesos de manera clara y estructurada. - Garantizar la organización de la documentación: Organizar y mantener actualizadas las carpetas digitales de los procesos, asegurando que sean accesibles para los equipos y cumplan con los estándares necesarios. - Mantener y organizar la documentación de procesos: Asegurar que los documentos, manuales y carpetas relacionadas con los procesos estén actualizados, reflejen las prácticas actuales y cuenten con un control de cambios adecuado. Garantizar que la documentación, tanto digital como física, esté organizada, sea accesible para los equipos y cumpla con los estándares establecidos. - Colaborar en la optimización y análisis de procesos: Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos, proponiendo e implementando soluciones que optimicen su eficiencia y efectividad.
