Platform/P2 Quality Engineer

Platform/P2 projects Quality Assurance - Ensure that the target market's specific requirements including applicable regulations are known, understood and implemented. - Define Quality and reliability targets for the Platform/P2 project. Setup, monitor and drive the Platform/P2 Quality Improvement Plan to achieve the targets. - Pilot the Quality Assurance Plan (Quality Roadmap) for all Platform/P2 projects. Validate the related deliverables on time vs the project planning and at the expected maturity level. - Ensure that Design Reviews and FMEAs are performed involving the necessary functions and experts and providing the deliverables on time and in line with the defined maturity criteria - Ensure that all relevant Lessons Learned Cards are taken into account in the Platform/P2 projects and for the update of Platform and RAISE standards - Ensure conformity of components (external and internal) and parts used to validate the design (including mechatronic and software sample representativeness). - Ensure that Platform QRQCs/P2 Project QRQCs are performed according to the QRQC rules and coach the Platform/P2 team in the correct application. - Ensure that all issues and risks are reported to and treated in the Platform QRQC/P2 Project QRQC applying Red Box and Single List of Issues and Risks (SLI/R). Platform interaction with P1 projects (not applicable for P2 projects) - Establish realistic targets for P1 Projects related to Total Line Rejects/Yield, Reliability and Warranty Cost. - Ensure that Warranty Extension Requests are assessed by the Platform. - Ensure that the Platform validates the Preliminary Change Analysis as well as any changes of the Fixed-Variable-Specific definition for Platform related components - Contribute to P1 Project QRQC for Platform related issues - Support the Stop-Scrap activities for Platform related components pre-launch and monitor DCNQ after SOP - Benchmark and share good practices for Stop-Scrap to all Sites / P1 / P0 teams.
