Sarmad is seeking a Senior Fintech or SaaS Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through effective telesales strategies targeted at fintech and SaaS customers. You will manage outbound calls, follow up on inbound inquiries, and develop strong relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of fintech and SaaS markets, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective fintech and SaaS clients. - Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively. - Qualify leads and identify customer needs to present suitable solutions. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telesales strategies. - Stay up-to-date with fintech and SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings. - Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in fintech or SaaS industries.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with strong target and result orientation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Role Description The RCM Correspondence Specialist manages healthcare revenue cycle communications, ensuring timely processing of insurance, patient, and internal correspondence to support billing and reimbursement while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include: - Review, process, and respond to correspondence from payers, patients, and internal departments regarding billing, claims, and payment issues. - Identify and route correspondence to appropriate teams or individuals for resolution. - Document all correspondence actions and maintain accurate records in the organization’s RCM system. - Maintain up-to-date records of all correspondence, actions taken, and outcomes in the billing system platforms, e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, etc. - Analyze correspondence for trends or recurring issues and escalate as needed. - Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and staff to clarify billing questions and resolve discrepancies. - Ensure all correspondence is handled in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. - Assist with appeals and follow-ups on denied claims based on correspondence received. - Monitor and follow up on current and outstanding unresolved correspondence within established timelines. - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the correspondence workflow. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. - A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or insurance correspondence is required. - Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing codes, and payer requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare billing software. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
