Role Description Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and manages daily operations of the Hospital Coding Program, including all hospital inpatient and outpatient coding functions. Manages coding quality, productivity, and performance improvement activities. Collaborates with other Clinical Revenue Cycle Directors and Managers on development of coding quality, education and performance improvement programs for staff and providers.
