Work involves assisting with planning, developing, and implementing corrective action measures and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff. Interprets policies, procedures, rules and regulations or standards for CCSE staff. Maintains confidentiality of all incoming and outgoing information. Understands and adheres to all HHSC and CCSE policies and procedures. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Essential Job Functions: Reviews Community Care Services Eligibility (CCSE) program services case records and monitors program standards for compliance within state tolerance levels. (30%). Provides feedback to appropriate program staff via case review forms (30%). Provide policy support and interpretation to CCSE staff (20%). Collects, organizes, and analyzes data to identify trends as assigned (15%). Perform other tasks as assigned (5%). Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned. Be familiar with and follow all HHS policies and procedures relating to job performance and work rules. Knowledge Skills Abilities: Knowledge of Community Care Services Eligibility (CCSE) program services, policies and service delivery processes. Knowledge of agency policies, operating methods, and procedures. Knowledge of organizational operations. Skill in attention to detail and discerning accuracy of information.
