The Standard
• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission • Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content • Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment • Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
- 2+ years of experience project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
- Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials
- Experience working with insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems
- Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
- Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused candidate to join our Embrace One Team as a Remote Monitoring Associate. This role is responsible for monitoring patients using spinal cord stimulation (SCS) therapy, completing monthly remote monitoring calls, and managing proactive care triggers to ensure optimal patient support and engagement. The Remote Monitoring Associate will work closely with the Embrace Care Team to assess patient data, provide technical and educational support, and ensure adherence to prescribed therapy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare technology, patient care, and delivering high-touch remote support. The ideal candidate will have experience in remote physiologic or therapeutic monitoring or a related field, but this is not required.
