• Conduct testing of ProAdmin enhancements and client solutions ( e.g. complete alpha testing, complete assigned beta testing for each release, reviewing interface changes, calculation results, and help features, Incorporate additional testing scenarios). • Assist ProAdmin users by providing expert advice, troubleshooting issues, and documenting best practices while supporting the complete ProAdmin suite of offerings, ProAdmin Desktop, Server, Online and Fulfillment Tool. • Configure client DB plans using ProAdmin Desktop, ensuring seamless integration and installation , and collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage projects effectively. • Verify ProAdmin training manual changes, participate in ProAdmin web training development , participate in user training (both onsite and virtually). • Participate in the design of ProAdmin enhancements based on user requests, regulatory updates, and technological advancements.
