The SEO Manager is responsible for responsible for driving organic search growth and improving digital performance across Smile Doctors’ multi-brand, multi-location online ecosystem. This role drives the strategy and leads the execution and optimization of search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to increase visibility, qualified traffic, and patient acquisition across all digital properties. How you’ll make us better: - Design and lead the enterprise SEO roadmap across hundreds of clinic websites and digital properties - Develop scalable local SEO strategies to win in competitive, same-zip-code markets - Align keyword strategy with high-intent, revenue-driving patient acquisition goals - Partner with Paid Media and CRM to ensure cohesive full-funnel performance - Own conversion rate performance for organic sessions (bookings, form submissions, calls) - Identify drop-off points across key patient journeys and prioritize optimization efforts - Partner with Web, UX, and Engineering teams to implement CRO tests and enhancements - Develop and manage an organic testing roadmap (e.g., landing pages, treatment pages, local pages) - Ensure SEO traffic growth translates into measurable booking and revenue increases - Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals and UX signals that influence both rankings and conversions - Manage the SEO agency relationship and evaluate their performance - Develop agency KPIs and reporting tied to rankings, traffic quality, engagement, and conversion performance; ensuring prioritizations align with revenue impact - Oversee technical SEO audits and ensure remediation of critical issues - Partner with Web Operations and Engineering on site architecture, indexation, structured data, and page performance - Guide CMS optimization across DoctorLogic and other platforms - Mitigate SEO and conversion risk during launches, migrations, or template changes - Establish scalable content frameworks that balance brand differentiation with search authority - Prioritize high-intent treatment and location pages for performance improvement - Ensure content strategy is aligned to conversion intent and patient journey clarity - Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to improve messaging clarity, trust signals, and calls-to-action - Establish standardized SEO and CRO reporting across 200+ properties - Develop an organic performance scorecard inclusive of traffic growth, keyword rankings, engagement quality, conversion rate, and bookings and revenue contribution - Translate performance insights into executive-ready business impact summaries - Lead root-cause analysis and recovery strategies when performance decline Your special skills: - Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and manage multiple priorities - Ability to connect search performance metrics to revenue outcomes and patient acquisition efficiency - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Web, IT, Creative, and Paid Media teams Prerequisites for success: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field required - Five (5) years of experience in SEO strategy, organic growth, or digital marketing performance required; healthcare, multi-location, or franchise environments preferred - Experience working on technical SEO implementations and site architecture improvements required - Experience managing external SEO agencies required - Advanced knowledge of SEO strategy, technical SEO, site architecture, and search performance optimization - Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools - Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and testing methodologies - Basic knowledge of multi-location SEO and local search ranking factor We saved the best for last. Job Overview: The Manager, 340B Pharmacy Operations serves as the operational and compliance lead for Coral’s 340B Infusion Leakage Program. This role owns the full lifecycle of 340B program delivery, from internal quality assurance framework design and HRSA registration validation, through go-live onboarding, policy development, and ongoing compliance auditing. The incumbent acts as the primary subject matter expert for covered entity partners and infusion providers ensuring program integrity, financial accuracy, and regulatory adherence at every stage.
