• Owning and driving strategic growth in your Top-Accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners. • Building trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and R&D. • Leading the full commercial cycle - from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure. • Translating client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate Clariness’ suite of recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings. • Delivering a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams. • Acting as a thought leader in the industry, representing Clariness at key conferences and shaping our market positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Proven strategic sales & account executive with 3+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitment.
  • Expert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitment.
  • Formally trained in a consultative sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger).
  • Proactive, strategic, persistent, and love building something from the ground up.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.
