• Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies in the world • Perform a leading role within the Coupa Professional Services COE • Work as a trusted advisor on Coupa implementation best practices • Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure quality in delivery • Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates, and tools • Accountable for the overall design of customer implementations • Foster and develop relationships with customers' key stakeholders • Develop & coach talent to ensure the right skills mix to meet customer success • Collaborate with documentation and product management teams

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years’ consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider
  • Experience of managing a professional services team in the context of formal line management and/or managing global SaaS implementation projects
  • Extremely strong client management skills to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go live
  • Experienced communicator and relationship builder with strong executive and stakeholder management experience
  • Hands-on experience in supporting pre-sales, services scoping, and solutioning
  • Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies and customer success principles
  • Strategic thinker who challenges traditional models and innovates to achieve customer and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of processes and underlying technologies in Procurement and Finance domains
  • Experience implementing technology solutions in industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities and Oil & Gas
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect – Military Health to provide technical leadership across capture and proposal opportunities. This role will design compelling, proposal-quality technical solutions for military health and Federal public health customers. Solution topics will include EHR modernization, data interoperability, advanced analytics, secure cloud migration, Scaled Agile, and DevSecOps implementations. The Senior Solutions Architect will work closely with capture managers, proposal leads, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, and business development to shape win strategy and ensure technical compliance with solicitation requirements. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred. - 8+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership; minimum 4 years focused on military health (DoD/MHS). - Demonstrated success leading technical capture and proposal activities, including architecture design, technical volume authorship, anchor graphics, LOE estimation, and oral technical presentations. - Experience with cloud platform architectures and DevSecOps toolchains, including automated security processes and automated testing. - Background in health data analytics and engineering: clinical data models, FHIR/HL7, ETL/data pipelines, analytic/ML workflows, and data governance. - Working knowledge and practical experience with SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks; ability to translate sprints/PI milestones into proposal schedules and contract deliverables. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, proposal-quality materials for both technical and non-technical evaluators. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally with capture, proposal, engineering, operations, and product teams under tight deadlines.
