Recruiter – 2nd Shift
BestLogic Staffing
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools • Screen and interview qualified candidates • Partner with your Sales & Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads • Perform various customer service related activities • Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations • Identify and reach potential candidates with through research, referrals, networking and cold calling (60 calls/day minimum). • Initiate relationships with prospective candidates by researching industry and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders. • Present information related to recruiting and staffing opportunities and utilize recruiting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive closures. • Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Understanding the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business level-English).
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
