Seit Oktober 2023 ist aus einer Idee ein internationales Erlebnis geworden: 7 Paintings ist in kurzer Zeit auf über 40 Standorte weltweit gewachsen – von Berlin über Zürich und Dubai bis nach Toronto und Hongkong. Unser nächstes Ziel: 100+ Standorte in den kommenden Jahren und der Aufbau eines der führenden Dinner-Show-Konzepte weltweit. Damit dieses Wachstum strukturiert und effizient umgesetzt wird, suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Business Development & Sales Support. Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von E-Mails und Follow-ups, pflegst unsere internen Systeme, bereitest Vertragsentwürfe vor und sorgst dafür, dass aus Gesprächen konkrete nächste Schritte werden. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in den Aufbau eines schnell wachsenden, internationalen Hospitality-Konzepts. Wichtig ist uns vor allem eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mitzudenken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Die Arbeitszeit (ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche) sollte sinnvoll über die Woche verteilt sein, um eine konstante Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sicherzustellen. Aufgaben - Backoffice-Unterstützung im Bereich Sales und Expansion - Bearbeitung und Strukturierung von B2B-Anfragen per E-Mail - Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kontakt-, Partner- und Standortlisten - Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Übersichten, Präsentationen und internen Dokumenten - Koordination von Partnern, Hotels und Interessenten - Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation offener Themen und Vorgänge - Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft Qualifikation - Eingeschriebene:r Student:in - Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Interesse an Business Development, Vertrieb und Expansion im B2B-Bereich - Erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, z. B. in Vertrieb, Service oder Event - Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und sicheres Englisch - Sicherer Umgang mit Google Sheets oder Excel ist Voraussetzung, CRM-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
