Grade C: £34,890 (National) or £39,478 (London – for London office based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. For part time roles – please note this will be pro rata. Contracted Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week or part time 30 hours a week Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months) to provide cover for an internal secondment. The role You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll: - Shape meaningful analysis: Work with colleagues and stakeholders to understand what insight is needed and design analysis that supports organisational priorities. - Create clear actionable insights: Develop visualisations, reports and summaries that turn complex data into clear, actionable findings for a range of audiences. - Support strong data practice: Help ensure data is collected, prepared and stored to high standards, promoting a positive data culture across CQC. Show us We’ll be looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: - Experience analysing quantitative data to produce clear findings, including preparing, cleaning and combining data from different sources. - Experience delivering analytical insight through reports, dashboards or visualisations that explain findings in a simple and engaging way for different audiences. - Experience working with others to deliver analysis, including gathering requirements, understanding stakeholder needs and contributing within multi‑disciplinary teams. Role Description Compile and audit all loan information to submit to underwriting / collect conditions and coordinate the file to closing. Be a sounding board of knowledge for MLOs and other processors. Essential Functions and Basic Duties - Verify and audit all loan documents and information provided by the customer and loan officer. - Process the loan to submit to underwriting which includes review of appraisal and all supporting documents to the loan file. - Collect and audit Conditions received. - Prepare files to submit to closing which includes auditing the title work, survey, Flood, CIP, Fraud Guard, and HOI. - Work closely with the title company & loan officer to get documents and CD prepared in a timely manner. - Review CD and communicate changes needed to close with the LO and Closer. - Follow up with closing to make sure all items necessary to fund the loan have been received. - Ensure that all compliance regulations have been met. - Order all documents needed for loan files such as appraisal, title, insurance, flood, CIP, Fraud Guard, and verifies. - Ability to do more complex loan programs such as Seth, VA, TSACH loans. - Help mentor new loan processors as they are hired to get acclimated. - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent. - Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions including FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Lending. The Customer Service Analyst acts as a liaison to First Advantage's large screening accounts and various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Billing for FA's Canadian Enterprise vertical.
