Você se juntará à squad de Pagamentos, uma equipe focada em desenvolver os meios de pagamento da Paytrack. Temos três grandes produtos: o Paytrack Card, a Carteira Digital e Cartão Pós Pago. Fará parte do seu dia a dia: - Ser o N2 em incidentes de infraestrutura e produção, investigando problemas de forma proativa e assumindo a liderança técnica na resolução; - Analisar logs, métricas e traces para diagnosticar falhas em aplicações e infraestrutura, utilizando ferramentas de observabilidade; - Investigar alertas de monitoramento, validar se são legítimos e tomar ações corretivas ou escalar conforme necessário; - Trabalhar com AWS (EC2, RDS, Kubernetes, load balancing, autoscaling), resolvendo problemas operacionais do dia a dia; - Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento na investigação de problemas que envolvem aplicação e infraestrutura; - Documentar incidentes, criar runbooks e procedimentos para evitar reincidências.
