Role Description We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support our operation team’s systems, workflows, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing and building structure, improving processes, and working at the intersection of marketing, data, tools, and emerging AI technologies. What You’ll Do - Project & Workflow Management - Build and maintain projects in our project management software - Help migrate and optimize workflows as we transition to new project management tools - Standardize templates, timelines, and processes across campaigns - Ensure tasks, deadlines, and dependencies are accurately tracked - Reporting & Analytics - Assist in building and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports - Pull and organize data from project management systems to track and report on team efficiency and productivity - Support campaign performance tracking and insights generation - Help identify trends and areas for optimization - Tools & Systems Management - Help manage and maintain our tools across companywide - Support integrations between tools and troubleshoot basic issues - Document processes and best practices for tool usage - Assist with user onboarding and internal training materials - AI & Process Innovation - Help build and maintain custom AI tools (internal “gems”) to support cross functional teams - Experiment with AI for reporting, content workflows, data analysis, and task automation - Help evaluate new AI tools and recommend use cases for the team - Document AI use cases, playbooks, and best practices - Additional Responsibilities - Maintain calendars and cross-team visibility trackers - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows - Help with vendor/tool evaluations and research Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Interest in marketing operations, systems, analytics, and AI - Comfort working with spreadsheets (Google Suite) - Curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve workflows - Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) marketing tools and project management software - Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability - Strong communication and documentation skills Nice to Have - Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, prompt design, etc.) - Basic understanding of marketing Why This Role - Hands-on experience with real marketing systems and tools - Exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in marketing - Opportunity to build scalable processes that impact the entire team

As an Events Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic execution and measurement of our presence at major industry conferences, trade shows, and high-impact events.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure you actively share field feedback to influence upcoming campaigns while properly measuring success.
