Role Description As a Project Manager - Creative, you’ll lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to bring ambitious ideas to life on time and on budget. Role Description Rattaché au pôle SIG, le Chargé de mission SIG transversal assure : - Le pilotage de projets SIG structurants et à fort enjeu pour le compte des services métiers de la DREAL (dont le traitement des données de l'ensemble des 37 territoires de bassins à risque important d'inondation sous coordination DREAL pour la réalisation de la cartographie Directive Inondation); - Un appui au pilotage de groupes de travail thématiques associant les DDT de la zone de gouvernance, dans le cadre du Service Régional de la Connaissance, afin de renforcer la coordination et la mutualisation des initiatives en matière de connaissance territoriale; - Un appui des encadrants du pôle dans l'animation du Comité Connaissance de la DREAL sur les sujets relevant de la prérogative du pôle SIG; - Une assistance technique au database manager pour l'administration et la maintenance des bases de données PostgreSQL/PostGIS du site de Clermont-Ferrand, incluant une prise en charge en relais pour le site de Lyon en cas d'indisponibilité du responsable, dans un environnement avec réplication synchrone entre les deux sites.
