• Configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud using out-of-the-box capabilities, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud Next • Design and build customer journeys, automations, and segmentation using Journey Builder and related tools • Configure data models, data extensions, and integrations with Salesforce CRM and other data sources • Support email, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution using standard Marketing Cloud features • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable platform configurations • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, data management, and maintainability • Support testing, deployment, and user enablement for Marketing Cloud solutions • Troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize existing Marketing Cloud setups

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Practical experience configuring Marketing Cloud Next using standard, out-of-the-box functionality
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, journeys, automation, and segmentation
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain platform capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience in PE-backed, fast-paced environments is a plus
