• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Trade Compliance professionals. • Help design, implement, and improve trade compliance processes, tools, and internal controls. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements. • Serve as the primary liaison between Trade Compliance and Engineering, Legal, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and IT. • Oversee compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, BIS, CBP, antiboycott, and anti-slavery laws. • Act as the technical escalation point for HTS, ECCN, and Country of Origin (COO) determinations. • Lead and support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. • Supervise and approve ECCN classifications and EAR/ITAR jurisdiction determinations. • Oversee HTS/Schedule B classifications , customs valuation, COO, and FTA eligibility. • Manage COO determinations for customs and regulatory reporting. • Prepare and submit licensing applications, exemptions, and TCPs under EAR/ITAR. • Oversee restricted party screening (RPS), embargo, and sanctions compliance across multiple ERPs. • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to embed trade compliance early in product development and supplier onboarding.

• Take ownership of all tasks and challenges as an HMDA Compliance Specialist • Validate the HMDA data reported by various lending channels • Ensure the bank submits an accurate Loan Application Register to the CFPB • Review loan application data and credit files • Coordinate with various lending departments to resolve data errors • Maintain knowledge of HMDA and prepare the LAR • Stay updated with current lending practices • Complete assignments within allotted timeframes • Identify and report non-compliance with HMDA regulatory requirements • Maintain and update HMDA policies and procedures.

• Executes Line 2 oversight of Risk Adjustment activities • Identifies compliance risks, auditing coding practices, adherence to CMS guidelines • Ensures coding accuracy by reviewing inpatient and outpatient medical records • Apply ICD-10, AHIMA, Coding Clinic, and company’s coding guidelines • Review and appropriately challenge coding decisions based on current industry guidelines • Conduct Line 1 gap analysis and provide best practice recommendations • Provide guidance on CMS coding requirements and industry best practices • Assess risk levels in coding data and recommend mitigation strategies • Evaluate policy and procedures to ensure completeness and adherence to current requirements • Support remediation efforts for identified non-compliance issues.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience required. - At least 3+ years of affordable housing experience (e.g., Section 8/202/811/LIHTC/Bond/multilayered programs). - Review, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local housing regulations. - Ability to provide empathy and cultural humility to diverse populations. - Ability to multi-task and complete multiple assignments. - Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi software, RealPage, and HUD (Housing and Urban Development) Web Access security system. - Expert knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of HUD subsidized housing programs; specifically Housing Choice Voucher program. - Bilingual in Spanish/English communication preferred.
