• Take ownership of all tasks and challenges as an HMDA Compliance Specialist • Validate the HMDA data reported by various lending channels • Ensure the bank submits an accurate Loan Application Register to the CFPB • Review loan application data and credit files • Coordinate with various lending departments to resolve data errors • Maintain knowledge of HMDA and prepare the LAR • Stay updated with current lending practices • Complete assignments within allotted timeframes • Identify and report non-compliance with HMDA regulatory requirements • Maintain and update HMDA policies and procedures.

Role Description The HAP (Housing Assistance Payments) Specialist supports the submission of vouchers and troubleshoots voucher issues for assigned properties. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience required. - At least 3+ years of affordable housing experience (e.g., Section 8/202/811/LIHTC/Bond/multilayered programs). - Review, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local housing regulations. - Ability to provide empathy and cultural humility to diverse populations. - Ability to multi-task and complete multiple assignments. - Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi software, RealPage, and HUD (Housing and Urban Development) Web Access security system. - Expert knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of HUD subsidized housing programs; specifically Housing Choice Voucher program. - Bilingual in Spanish/English communication preferred. • Spearheading, tracking and monitoring the change management process across many US and international iGaming jurisdictions. • This involves possessing the necessary technical expertise to take the desired goal of the internal team (project managers, business development, game producers, etc.) and deploy that plan across jurisdictions according to individualized change management requirements. • Creating game specification packages for submission to various iGaming regulators and according to individualized regulatory requirements. • Shepherding games through the game approval process though H5G’s independent test lab and regulatory labs. • Handling regulatory inquiries. • Submitting incident reports. • Assisting with security audits. • Advising internal teams as to jurisdictional distinctions concerning specific game requirements. • Maintaining a meticulous database of well-organized certifications, change management logs and release notes.
