Account Manager – Healthcare Division

Digital Media Solutions

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular, meaningful interactions. • Manage client satisfaction, retention, and growth for a portfolio of existing accounts. • Support onboarding for new clients and monitor ongoing campaign performance to meet client objectives. • Collaborate with Supply, Operations, and Data teams to develop account strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, including analysis and recommendations aligned with client KPIs. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely issue resolution. • Investigate and resolve campaign issues or client concerns efficiently. • Contribute to team initiatives and assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account or client management, ideally in lead generation or Health Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, U65, and Life insurance products.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, prioritize effectively, and navigate challenging client situations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint; willingness to leverage AI and digital tools to improve performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and positive, collaborative attitude.
