• Develop and execute creative, high-impact account strategies and account plans that consistently generate strong (double-digit) growth. • Identify and articulate Emerson T&M’s differentiated value to influence technical and business decision‑makers at multiple levels. • Lead customer engagements through platform discussions, strategic consulting, and technical conversations on innovative test technologies. • Build, deepen, and maintain trusted senior-level relationships across key Transportation and Portfolio accounts. • Align executives between Emerson T&M and customer organizations, ensuring open communication and long-term strategic alignment. • Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive, value-driven outcomes. • Drive a coordinated, company-wide strategy through collaboration with various teams. • Work proactively with Emerson’s Portfolio Business Unit to expand broad‑based opportunities within the German market.
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B high-tech sales or test engineering using NI/Emerson T&M products.
- Residence in South Germany (preferred for customer proximity).
- Native or near‑native German language skills.
- Strong English proficiency for internal and global collaboration.
- High willingness to travel within Germany (3+ days per week).
