Creative Marketing Designer

Quark Software Inc.

• generation and implementation of new creative ideas that help the team achieve its goals • influence on the number of creatives: the more creatives, the greater the potential to scale spend and revenue • produce the required volume of creatives (10+ video series and 12+ static assets) per week • create video creatives to promote the product across platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat) • iterate on existing ideas and concepts • adapt existing creatives for required sizes and localize them into different languages • generation of AI materials

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in motion design
  • at least 6 months working with marketing materials
  • understanding of animation principles and fundamentals of graphic design
  • confident user of After Effects and Figma
  • proficiency with AI tools
  • experience with plugins and tools for optimization and workflow improvement
  • understanding of performance marketing
  • plus: experience creating advertising materials
  • interest in advertising and consumer psychology
  • English - B1+
