HR Tech Expertise - You have hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate 360, to create interactive digital learning content. - You are familiar with modern people development platforms such as Culture Amp or Leapsome – including configuration, cycle management, and communication of results. - You are comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g. Synthesia) to create digital learning videos for onboarding or upskilling – or you're eager to get up to speed quickly.
