Role Description We are looking for a skilled System Technician to join the team and deliver exceptional service to clients. This isn't just a support role; it's your chance to make IT personal. Primary Responsibilities, Activities and Results - Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards - Provide best in class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions - Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs) - Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutions - Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices - Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration - Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average) - Assist with project implementations as needed - Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge base Qualifications - Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices - Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) - Experienced in Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management - Basic understanding of networking concepts Requirements - Estimate of 2+ years recent experience in a similar position.
