• Map, analyze and document business processes and systems; • Elicit and detail requirements with business stakeholders; • Translate business requests into clear, structured technical specifications; • Model processes using BPMN; • Create artifacts such as UML diagrams and use cases; • Participate in solution design together with the technical team; • Support the development team in understanding business rules; • Monitor development to ensure adherence to defined requirements; • Work in an agile environment, participating in team ceremonies; • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.

• Perform monthly accounting close and prepare financial statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement) • Perform account reconciliations (assets, liabilities, and income/expense accounts) • Ensure consistency between accounting, tax, and finance • Calculate taxes for Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes • Prepare and submit statutory and tax filings (accessory obligations) • Manage and calculate withholding taxes • Monitor tax compliance (federal, state and municipal certificates) • Monitor and interpret tax legislation • Contribute to process improvements and the group's accounting organization • Work in partnership with the administrative and finance teams

• Desenvolver novas funcionalidades e melhorias no ERP; • Atuar em correções de bugs e ajustes de funcionalidades existentes; • Trabalhar com C# no backend e Angular no frontend, criando interfaces e funcionalidades integradas; • Criar e otimizar consultas SQL, garantindo performance e integridade dos dados; • Participar de reuniões, entender requisitos técnicos e colaborar com demais times; • Escrever código seguindo padrões e boas práticas, além de revisar o código do time; • Implementar soluções escaláveis e testes para garantir a qualidade; • Participar da definição de arquitetura e evolução contínua das habilidades técnicas.

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of systems according to client requirements; • Support in conducting training and onboarding for users on how to use the solution; • Understand institutional processes and assist in documenting workflows and configurations; • Diagnose and log basic technical issues during implementation; • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client needs; • Analyze internal processes and propose optimizations based on the implemented tool; • Provide initial support and guide clients during the onboarding phase; • Collaborate with support and development teams to ensure continuity and quality of service.
