What This Role Is About: We are looking for a Utilities Specialist for a Property management client of ours. • Lead and deliver SAP EAM / Asset Management solutions across full project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post‑go‑live support • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating asset management strategy and business requirements into effective SAP solutions • Design and configure S/4HANA Asset Management capabilities including Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Management, Notifications and Master Data • Lead workshops to gather requirements, confirm scope, define future‑state processes and align business and technical stakeholders • Provide functional design authority across asset hierarchies, maintenance processes, planning strategies, task lists and reporting • Collaborate with cross‑functional Digital Supply Chain teams including PP, MM, WM, QM, IBP and Finance to ensure integrated end‑to‑end solutions • Support integration design with SAP and non‑SAP systems (e.g. mobile maintenance, GIS, IoT, analytics or plant systems) • Ensure solution quality through governance, testing support, defect resolution and cutover readiness • Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, proposals and client presentations • Mentor and coach junior consultants, supporting capability uplift and knowledge sharing within the EAM and Digital Supply Chain practice • Provide post‑go‑live optimisation, continuous improvement recommendations and value‑realisation initiatives

• Provide functional SAP MM and PM support across Incidents, Service Requests and Minor Enhancements • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues in a timely and customer-focused manner • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions and configurations • Support key MM processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Valuation and Logistics Invoicing • Support PM processes including Master Data, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Notifications and Preventive Maintenance • Assist with system enhancements, testing, documentation and deployment activities • Deliver clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution paths and outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams for debugging, transport management and root cause analysis • Maintain high-quality functional documentation and knowledge base articles • Ensure solutions align to SAP best practices and DyFlex delivery standards • Support ongoing system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in on-call or after-hours support where required (as part of a roster)
