Development Manager
PermaPlate
• Establish and grow relationships with dealership partners • Make frequent dealership visits • Train dealership personnel on sales/F&I processes and products • Provide best practice training and product support • Solve dealership issues • Ensure dealerships have appropriate products and marketing materials • Fill pipeline with new opportunities for PermaPlate products • Expand PermaPlate products & solutions into new dealerships • Work with Regional Director to ensure dealerships' optimal performance
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of automotive retail experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of F&I experience (Preferred)
