Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• The CE Sr. Consultant is responsible for leading end‑to‑end implementations and optimizations of D365 Field Service for our clients. • Lead workshops to gather and refine business requirements for field service, asset management, scheduling/dispatch, and mobile workforce scenarios. • Design end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 CE Field Service solutions. • Configure and extend D365 Field Service. • Map current‑state processes, define future‑state service operating models. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations. • Lead system testing, UAT, and production cutover activities for Field Service projects. • Provide guidance and best practices on field service KPIs, SLAs, parts and inventory management, and technician productivity. • Train super users, dispatchers, and field technicians on D365 Field Service and related CE applications. • Support pre‑sales activities, including demos, solution proposals, estimations, and SOW input for Field Service opportunities. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodologies, accelerators, and knowledge assets.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM applications, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on Field Service implementations.
  • Proven track record leading multiple full lifecycle D365 CE Field Service projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of: Work orders, incident types, service tasks, and service agreements.
  • Resources, skills, crews, and resource scheduling.
  • Assets, functional locations, and service history.
  • Inventory, warehouses, parts management, and returns.
  • Field Service mobile app implementation and adoption.
  • Solid understanding of core D365 CE concepts: security model, solutions, entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, and business process flows.
  • Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong consulting skills: requirements facilitation, process design, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs.
