• Handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as skills progress • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays

Job Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Connecticut
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
