CIVITTA
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end preparation of complex EU tender applications, ensuring 100% technical and administrative compliance. Lead and prepare applications for framework contracts; • Manage the frameworks and subsequent applications to call-offs; • Manage communication within the team and with partner companies being part of the frameworks; • Search for in-house and external experts according to given criteria and maintain a relationship with them; • Regularly monitor and analyse the list of tenders published by international donor organisations; • Submit tenders when requested, and respectively, maintain subscriptions to the international submission platforms; • Prepare and regularly update the status of tender submissions in the database/dashboard; • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential tenders and suitable consortium partners, and helping in closing the consortia including preparation of company portfolio; • Ensure strict confidentiality of all tender-related information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field;
- 7+ years of professional experience in tender management, with a strict requirement for a proven track record in successfully managing EU-funded tenders (e.g., DG INTPA, DG NEAR, or Horizon Europe), including application for and management of **framework contracts**;
- Deep understanding of the PRAG (Procurement and Grants for European Union external actions) guidelines and/or the EU Financial Regulation;
- Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of an EU tender, from the Expression of Interest (EoI) and shortlisting to the final technical and financial offer;
- Exceptional ability to coordinate international consortia and manage the administrative "bureaucracy" (Legal Entity forms, Financial Identification, etc.) inherent in EU bidding;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender processes simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel and Tender submission platforms;
- Leadership skills to coordinate technical and financial inputs;
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
