Role Description We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for executing logistics operations across the EMEA region, ensuring reliable order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and effective coordination with global teams. This role serves as the primary logistics point of contact for the region, working closely with Planning, Customer Service, and external logistics partners to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency. This role will report to our Sr Director, Supply Chain and will be a Remote role based in the Netherlands. If you possess the following and want to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to explore this role. - Execute end-to-end logistics operations for EMEA orders, including order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking - Process item fulfillments in NetSuite and ensure accurate, timely order flow - Coordinate shipments, pickups, and delivery schedules with freight forwarders and carriers - Support logistics execution for additional regions or lanes as required - Maintain accurate visibility of inventory at the regional 3PL - Monitor stock levels and allocations to support customer order fulfillment - Identify and communicate inventory risks or constraints impacting service levels - Process inbound receipts in system in a timely manner - Partner with Planning to align inventory positioning with demand - Manage day-to-day logistics issues including shipment delays, stock constraints, and execution errors - Resolve routine issues within the region and escalate more complex challenges as needed - Act as a central coordination point between Customer Service, Planning, and HQ Logistics - Execute transactions and manage order flow within NetSuite - Run and analyze reports to track backlog, order status, and inventory positions and other KPIs as assigned - Identify execution gaps and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency Qualifications - Bachelors degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; SAP or equivalent acceptable) - Experience working with 3PLs, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination - Strong understanding of inventory management and order execution processes - Proficient in Excel for operational reporting and analysis - Strong organizational and communication skills across cross-functional and international teams Requirements - Ability to lift up to 20 pounds - Must be flexible in working hours as this position may require customer support during non-regular business hours Location - Remote - Netherlands Travel - Up to 10% - domestic and international Job Type - Full-time Benefits - In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options and a discretionary annual bonus. - Please note: Base compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience. Role Description RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Radiology Support Specialist to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. As a Radiology Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional client service to hospitals and radiologists to ensure that the workflow through the reading center is maximized. This is a 100% remote position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: - (95%) Radiology Support - Field requests from Radiologists to effectively resolve issues through client contact or integration of the IT support team. - Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls. - Answer inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and database queries. - Efficient drafting of X-Rays and verification of cross-sectional exams. - Efficient remediation of studies on the RSS exceptions work list. - Effective execution of critical finding and super-stat requests. - Focus on assigned duties in a high volume client service center. - Utilize multiple information systems to verify the availability of diagnostic information. - Troubleshoot workflow gaps with diagnostic information, patient orders, and physician resources. - Own issues through verified resolution. - Establish effective working rapport with the clinical team including physicians. - Build effective working relationships and a positive working environment with teammates. - Generate process improvement ideas and proactively act on ideas. - (5%) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Required: High school diploma or GED. - Preferred: - An associate or bachelor degree in business or healthcare administration or other related field. - 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role. - Radiology Certification a plus.
