Role Description As our Direct Cash Flow Manager for Treasury, you will be the architect of Bitso’s liquidity and forecasting strategy across our global footprint. You will own the strategic and analytical vision of our cash position, mastering a complex liquidity lifecycle that bridges traditional fiat banking with the future of digital assets, including Crypto and Stablecoins. - Build and govern a world-class Direct Cash Flow framework. - Design and execute meticulous Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow models. - Develop a robust 12-month Rolling Forecast. - Balance complex foreign exchange (fiat) operations with digital asset management. - Drive capital efficiency and mitigate liquidity risks. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields. - 7+ years in Treasury, focusing on cash flow management and long-term financial planning. - Proven experience managing Crypto assets and Stablecoins, including knowledge of institutional custody, wallets, and blockchain-based settlement. - Strong experience in Global Cash Pooling, Banking Relationship Management, and proficiency in high-end TMS or ERP systems. - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Requirements - Master of liquidity management with a proven ability to build a robust Direct Cash Flow model from scratch. - Deep technical knowledge in managing and forecasting complex liquidity pools. - Highly hands-on with the entire cash flow lifecycle. - Key analytical partner for leadership and business teams. - Adept at extracting and synthesizing data from a complex, multi-jurisdictional network. - Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
