Our client is searching for an International Program Manager/Portfolio Manager that comes from a large enterprise environment who was focused on global projects. This role is a remote contract position that may lead to full-time employment. ***All candidates must have several years of Program Management experience in Fortune 100 organizations leading entire international programs across various groups in an organization*** ***This is not IT work. This work will focus more on leading global programs pertaining to HR, finance, and other back office duties*** Top skills/duties: - Strategic Planning: Align multiple, related projects with long-term company goals. - Cross-functional Leadership: Lead international teams and align efforts between regional offices (e.g., in marketing, operations, or product). - Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and methodologies across all global regions. - Budget & Resource Management: Manage project funding, headcount, and resource allocation to maximize ROI. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.
