• Manage the Director's personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters • Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations • Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations • Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers • Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events • Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks • Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times • Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
