About the Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant , reporting directly to our CEO and supporting the leadership team in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. This is a highly trusted and leveraged role at the center of how the company operates. In this role, you apply strong judgment, organization, and situational awareness to help maintain focus, alignment, and momentum across leadership priorities. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you coordinate workflows, manage priorities, and maintain visibility into organizational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, operates with discretion, and approaches the work as a true leadership partner. Location This role is open to candidates based in Shreveport or remote, ideally in Dallas or a comparable market nearby. For remote candidates, travel to Shreveport approximately once per month is expected.
