• Act as the global admin for the ATS (Greenhouse), CRM, Sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gem), and other TA tooling. Manage permissions, workflow configurations, and integrations. • Drive proactive continuous improvement across our techstack. • Maintain clean data standards across all regions globally, ensuring metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Offer Accept rate are measured the same regardless of location. • Regularly audit TA data to identify any risks or inconsistencies, partnering with TA Leadership, FP&A, and other stakeholders to mitigate downstream impact. • Design and maintain real-time global dashboards for TA effectiveness and insights. • Ensure seamless integration between our ATS, headcount management, and HRIS. • Leverage predictive analytics to inform leadership of pipeline gaps, role or organization specific attrition, and general hiring trends. • Identify gaps in the recruitment process and implement measurable automation and improvements in partnership with Programs and Enablement.

• Responsible for the research, development and maintenance of the Power BI Reporting Platform for Trillium. • Configuration, implementation, design, and proactive support and management of the organization’s Power BI Platform. • Assists with assessing the organization's reporting needs and helping in the development of a long-term strategy for reporting. • Leading, planning, coordinating, and administering activities relating to reporting systems development, documentation, and implementation. • Provide technical support around systems capabilities to Information Technology projects. • Provides training for IT and Trillium staff, as needed and directed. • Design, build, test, deploy, document, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions and semantic models, including the SQL queries, data pipelines, and dependent systems that power them. • Work with IT Leadership, Informatics - Data Management, IT Operations and IT - Business Systems on researching, developing, testing, deploying and documenting new methods and tools for ingestion, processing, sending and sharing of data. • Plan, coordinate and implement security measures (including regular audits) to safeguard information in reporting platforms.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) combines aspects of both data analysis and systems analysis. This role will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the design, implementation, and optimization of information systems that enable program delivery, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation. The role will leverage and provide data to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and better business decisions. Duties will include helping the organization decide how best to use its existing technology or integrate new ones into existing systems. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Assists in-person and remote users at Holt International HQ in Eugene, OR, out-of-state branch office staff in addition to assisting staff while traveling out of country. Occasionally provide basic IT services to international staff.
