• Technical Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls that are needed to Implement a Client • Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network Offer Manager and Customer Service programs • Pre-Launch Support: Assist with Onboarding tasks related to new retailer or partner implementations and support development teams working on APIs • Post-Launch Support: Assist with managing first-level support to customer by monitoring support request to identify any recurring issues and recommending product changes. • Participate in Customer Success team’s review meetings to discuss issues or problems • Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners, work to resolve technical issues for the customer efficiently and effectively
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years related work experience preferably in systems development or support; any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required
- Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity required
- Experienced with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) required
- Familiarity with the grocery retail industry
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially excel and word)
