• Analyze player activity, gameplay data, and other relevant data points to detect sophisticated patterns of suspicious behavior, including bot usage, collusion, chip dumping, and real-time assistance tools. • Lead complex investigations into flagged or reported player activity and determine appropriate actions in alignment with integrity policies. • Monitor, investigate, and help resolve game integrity issues, ensuring timely and consistent enforcement of rules and procedures. • Provide advanced game integrity analysis and actionable insights to support investigations, trend monitoring, and the identification of suspicious player behavior, while sharing relevant insights with the Poker Operations and Marketing teams as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Risk, Payments, and Marketing teams to address integrity-related inquiries and ensure a seamless player experience. • Partner with the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager to enhance and develop monitoring tools, detection methodologies, and reporting capabilities. • Identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvements, contributing to the evolution of game integrity frameworks. • Support documentation and refinement of standard operating procedures and best practices. • Act as a subject matter expert in game integrity, providing guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts as needed. • Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives related to game integrity, player protection, and ecosystem health.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in game integrity or related integrity-focused roles, preferably within poker, while experience from other environments will also be considered.
- Deep understanding of poker game integrity, including bot detection, RTA detection, collusion, chip dumping, and the identification of other integrity and fraud vectors.
- Strong experience in defining game integrity policies and designing, optimizing, and maintaining operational procedures to support consistent, effective, and scalable GI decision-making.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with data analytics platforms or querying tools is a plus.
- Experience working with R, python or other similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for poker and commitment to delivering a fair and high-quality player experience.
- Significant online poker expertise; a history of serious play is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.

Role Description The Credentialing Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, analysis, and execution of practitioner credentialing and privileging activities for the Alaska Region Medical Staff. This role applies critical thinking and regulatory expertise to ensure accurate primary source verification and compliance with medical staff bylaws, organizational policies, and accreditation standards.
