Credentialing Analyst

Providence

Role Description The Credentialing Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive coordination, analysis, and execution of practitioner credentialing and privileging activities for the Alaska Region Medical Staff. This role applies critical thinking and regulatory expertise to ensure accurate primary source verification and compliance with medical staff bylaws, organizational policies, and accreditation standards. This Credentialing Analyst position is a fully Remote opportunity! - Schedule is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm in Alaska time zone, with some flexibility and advance notice to provide support outside these hours; 40 hours per week. - Note: The following States are currently permitted for remote employment in this position with Providence Health System Alaska: Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of medical staff credentialing experience, including complex privilege review will be considered. - Within 2 years of hire: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM). - 2 years of Medical Staff credentialing experience. - 2 years of experience with primary source verification, privileging review, and committee file preparation. Requirements - MD staff experience (preferred). Program Financial Analyst Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Controls Analyst to provide comprehensive cost and schedule analysis for complex government programs, including space and missile systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple program teams to develop and maintain financial systems, support programmatic and financial reporting, and interface with finance functions to meet both program and corporate financial requirements. Responsibilities - Partner with program managers to provide financial guidance and support day-to-day decision-making - Track and report on budget obligations, expenditures, and overall financial performance - Monitor weekly funds run-out dates, including burn rate analysis and funding status; identify risks early and coordinate mitigation actions - Conduct biweekly labor utilization reviews (planned vs. actual), flag variances, and support corrective actions - Track subcontractor hours, reconcile reports with internal systems, and escalate discrepancies that may impact forecasts or deliverables - Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness - Collaborate with Program Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Staffing teams to gather inputs, resolve data gaps, and maintain reporting timelines - Support proposal development, including cost inputs for bids and project estimates - Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting and analytics tools - Review projects to identify cost and schedule risks and provide actionable insights Skills & Qualifications - Deltek Cost point experience (MUST HAVE, but maybe open to someone with other large ERP experience like SAP) - Excel Skills - DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one (not required) - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required and minimum of 5 years of recent related experience - Position requires experience applying cost estimating, cost modeling, cost analysis, program analysis, program management, scheduling, and related cost, schedule, and technical analysis - Experience with analysis and estimation of space technologies is a plus - Experience with Deltek Costpoint and related applications (COGNOS, DELTEK BI, Costpoint planning and procurement modules) preferred - Tenacity for data collection of the cost estimation process Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.
