Job Description

Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst

RTX

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for portfolio of programs that includes all elements of cost • Support multiple levels of reviews, including monthly program status reviews, EACs, and Program LRE development • Cost and schedule control analysis across production programs – maintaining compliance within EVMS • Support Management with the development and submittal of monthly financial forecasts • Support special projects including but not limited to Gate Reviews, Proposals, RFIs, ROMs, Invoicing, Balance Sheet Cleanup and Funding analysis • Managing the overall cash management process including timely invoicing and managing customer receipts • Assist with cost strategy effort for competitive/strategic proposals

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or a directly related field & a minimum of 5 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and minimum of 3 years related work experience
  • Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems
  • Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process
  • EVMS Certification or achieve EVMS Certification within 6 months of hiring
