• Manage full product life cycle and plan tasks related to application development • Leads new product launches and provides client assistance • Diagnoses problems and manages projects throughout the software development life cycle • Documents user guides, use cases, workflows, testing plans, and release notes • Maintains Product roadmap and assists in planning Client focus meetings

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Knowledge of the US or Canadian Brokerage business
  • Knowledge of settlement processing is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving with critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
