Product Manager – Labeling & Tracking Solutions
StatLab
• Lead product management for StatLab’s labeling and tracking solutions • Develop and execute commercialization strategies for global direct and indirect sales channels • Build 3–5 year product roadmaps and manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, and end-of-life planning • Conduct market research and translate customer needs into product specifications for future product development • Develop pricing, margin, and forecasting strategies to meet global market demand • Create validation plans and assess customer satisfaction and product usability prior to launch • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Support teams to drive successful product adoption • Develop training materials and support sales team and customer education efforts • Lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings and track progress against commercialization plans • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure launch effectiveness • Collaborate with internal OEM and distribution teams to support launches into strategic distributor accounts • Work closely with stakeholders across McKinney, Germany, Italy, the UK, and other international sites to bring commercial plans to completion
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required; MBA preferred
- 5–7 years of combined product management and marketing experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or a related industry
- Experience developing and executing product launch plans for medical equipment, including LIS integration
- Experience writing technical and scientific or medical content to support product launches
- Strong analytical, financial, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with pricing, margins, forecasting, and product performance analysis
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to medical devices
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Fluency in English required; Italian language skills are a plus
- Domestic and international travel of 20–25% is required.
