• Complete state license applications for therapists and psychiatrists, including collecting supporting documents and verifying provider information • Follow up with state boards, licensing authorities, and credentialing organizations to ensure timely processing of applications and renewals • Maintain accurate records of provider licensing status, expiration dates, and CEU/CME requirements • Assist with Medicaid registration and health plan credentialing for providers as needed • Ensure documentation for guide compliance (training certificates, policy acknowledgements) is collected and up to date • Flag missing information, potential delays, or issues to the Senior Manager for resolution • Track and report on the status of licensing and credentialing activities to ensure deadlines are met • Help audit provider records and applications for completeness and accuracy • Follow existing SOPs and support updates to processes where needed • Communicate effectively with providers to gather necessary information and keep them informed of application status
Job Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in administrative support, licensing, compliance, or operations (experience in digital health or healthcare preferred)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent follow-up, record-keeping, and process management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to provide and receive feedback professionally
- Collaborative with a sense of ownership and accountability; no job too big or too small
- Growth mindset: adaptable to change, comfortable iterating on processes, and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commitment to patient access, safety, and supporting high-quality care
