• Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain • Act as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT • Ensure seamless integration between D365 and Körber's HighJump WMS to optimize fulfillment • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis • Provide day-to-day functional support for users, resolving system issues, and ensuring data accuracy • Develop test scripts and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
